Awful miserable experience. In a desperate situation, I asked them to help with some financial dealings. I didn't want to exacerbate the situation, so wanted to keep it all very low key. They ended up saying that they couldn't help me as I was refusing escalate the problem. The ONLY solution they would advise on was the most destructive (to my children) so ended up charging me 100's to sign a waiver saying that I wouldn't follow their advice. Horrible, horrible experience. They had a book, and unless I followed it, they would do NOTHING but take my money.
